The temperature dropped so fast that everything froze.
More branches trapped in the ice. My eye was freezing to my camera.
We've had some really crazy weather this week in Ottawa. One day it's freezing, the next day it's pouring rain and then all of a sudden back to freezing again. It all makes for some interesting photo opportunities.

A window shopper on Wellington.
Some very cold berries.
A pretty cow. She is on a building facade on Wellington Street. Taken with my Sigma 18-200mm at 200mm.

He's the first photo from my new lens, the Sigma 18-200mm. I wanted a wider, longer lens, especially for travelling. Posted by Picasa

He's a few photos of my ever evolving kitchen. When I first moved in. After I painted and Dad changed the floors. This weekend I decided to paint out the wood on my cupboards and add some nice handles from Lee Valley Tools. I think I've seen the same kitchen cupboards in about 90% of the apartments I've been in in the city. I wanted a change. It turned into an inexpensive project that made the kitchen look much more up to date. I still have a bit of work to do. Like cleaning for instance.
