A few scenes that caught my eye in Paris.

I just got back from Paris and have a bazillion photos to go through before I post them. For now here is one I like. I'm standing behind the clock at the Musee d'Orsay which is in a former train station on the left bank of the Seine. If you look closely you can see the Sacré-Coeur Basilica which sits on top of the highest point in Paris.

This is what happens when you build a high traffic parkway along the river.

It was nice and sunny on Sunday.
There were allot of birds out enjoying the sun.

The temperature dropped so fast that everything froze.

We've had some really crazy weather this week in Ottawa. One day it's freezing, the next day it's pouring rain and then all of a sudden back to freezing again. It all makes for some interesting photo opportunities.

He's the first photo from my new lens, the Sigma 18-200mm. I wanted a wider, longer lens, especially for travelling.
